I am about to replace all the suspension components in my 1999 AWD RX300. I have a high quality Sears spring compressor, but when I tried it on a Subaru strut I couldn't compress the spring far enough to relieve the tension on the mount. Will I have a similar problem on the Lexus? Also, TireRack sells a set of H&R springs, that lower the car about 1.2"; has anyone used those on an RX300? Does anyone have a set of OEM springs for sale? TIA.
