I have an RX 300 2002. My car is making a noise every time i turn to the left. It seems to be coming from the back right side, by the tire is my guess. It only does this when i turn LEFT. Has anyone had this issue? any suggestions on what it could be?

Your tires probably need to be balanced. Based on the information you have given. It may even be the bearings but it is most likely that the tire is improperly balanced.

I would expect balance to be more speed ralated. Turning is usually done at lower speeds where balance usually isn't an issue. I expect bearings, etc but first you need to determine FWD or AWD.
