Default slight VIbration From a dead stop

I just bought a 2002 rx with 96k and notice a slight vibration when taking of from a dead stop through 1st gear. I had a buddy who is a mechanic look at and drive and didnt think it was transmission related but was not sure. Its not incredibly noticable but would like to know if it is potentially going to get worse.
if anyone else has had a similar problem please let mme know.

Have the mounts looked at, but also look at the dash to see if the abs is kicking on. [this happens when the wheel is gets lot of torque and the tire-pavement contact is broken ... a thing which you experience on gravel road]

I paid $54.15 plus about $15 for shipping, this was the OEM Lexus mount.
