Default how to run power to the trunk?

I need to run 2 small power cables to the trunk of my 2000 rx and was wondering what the easiest way to do it is, I cannot use the accessory plug wiring, it has to be from the battery itself!

Im looking for the simplest way.. 2 very thin small wires

any ideas?

Pat

You could check the interior light above the rear hatch but, depending on your needs, running a couple of small wires through the firewall and under the carpet might be just as easy. What are you doing with the wires?

I think the easiest way would be exposed, on the underside of the car, tie-wrapped to prevent movement and damage. The best way, however, in my opinion, would be via the interior, under the carpet.

Make sure you put an in-line fuse in near the battery.

Do you have an electrical snake?

If they are small power cables, why do you need to tap in directly to the battery?
