Default help

Ok,

Parts.com sent me the worng part- they sent me the air damper servo instead of the air mix servo- I have been emailing them for a week with m\no replies- does anyone have a tele for them?

Also, is there any way to use the servo I have with changing the arm on it?

Dont really want to do that- but this has been forever with no replies from them

Thanks

Chris

I recently replaced my air mix servo. I don't believe that it is possible to remove the arm, and in any event I doubt that the damper and air mix servos are interchangeable.

If your ordered a Lexus Part. You should have received it from Tampa Bay Lexus. I entered the return adress on my shipping label to find this out. Your return shipping info should hopefully be the same. Try and call them directly, they should be able to help you out easily.
