Is the tie-rod bent/broken that you need to replace it?
Have you checked with Lexus Parts to see if the bushings are available as a replacement part(s)? You can check with CL sponsors.
I have not worked on RX suspension, so I cant comment on how easy or difficult it is to replace the particular bushing. The thing to consider is the labor needed to install the bushing. It may end up being cheaper to get the rod with the bushing [when the rod is bent].
Depending on which route you take, do the prep work. It may require you to measure and match the busing location. Also at times it is recommended to replace items in pairs. Lastly alignment may be needed.

Unless there is visible evidence, for an average DIY it is hard to diagnose. You need a special set up where you need to be under the vehicle and have means to put the weight of the vehicle on wheels and have long leverage bars (with room to manipulate them) and move each joint/support-point.
I always wish it is the easy ones, but most of the time the ones that need replacement are the ones that require a press [pay some one] to remove and install. Followed by $130+ alignment.
Again this is my learning from other cars ... other than the RX.
It seems we have not found any one who has the part number of the bushing. Phone call to the dealer part store can possibly help. See if they can dig the part number up and not try to sell the assembly they stock.
