Update:
I received the part yesterday and installed it immediately. The vehicle started perfectly and thus far, no check engine light.
Total cost:
$40 shipped for the supposedly low mile and code free OEM part on eBay. Per my request, the merchant ended the listing early and actually shipped it out on Saturday minutes after I PayPaled him the payment! On Monday, it was here.
