Will this washing machine fit in the cargo area?
I've searched the FAQs and all RX treads, but couldn't find the measurements of the rear cargo are of an 1999 RX300. I am trying to determine whether a washing machine that measures 38" high by x 27" wide and 32" deep will fit on its side in the back of my 1999 RX300. My RX is at home 30 miles away, so I can't measure it right now. I must pick up the washing machine tonight, so knowing in advance that the washer would not fit would save me an hour of driving home, checking the measurements and realizing I need to drive back to where I came from and rent a pickup truck from U-haul. thanks!
P.S. I thought it would be really cool if there was a website named WillItFit.com that would answer questions like this. I hesitated to just go to that URL to see what was there, thinking it may not be work appropriate. Sure enough, that indeed was the case; first time I've been thankful for my employer's web filter that bans certain websites.

Lexmex, wow! I REALLY appreciate that you took the time to measure, respond and even include pictures for me - THANK YOU! 
I also appreciate all of the step-by-step guides (again, with great pictures) you have created and shared with the rest of us here on CL. I haven't done the brake job yet, but I will soon thanks to the guide you created.
