Like the previous poster I too like the CRV; I just wish that it came with a V-6.

I also am glad no one was hurt, and I'm glad State Farm is being decent. I have heard of companies occasionally springing for the accurate value of the car, plus reimbursing for very recent high expenses -- new tires or shocks, etc.

Poor old man. I took my mother's keys away when she was in her late seventies. I always thought she was a terrible driver -- poor depth perception and all that, but she simply became a hazard on the road. She confided in her friend (who told me, fortunately) that she couldn't always see the stoplights, so she just followed the car in front of her. Okay, Mom, that's it. Sheesh!
