Default No power to Radio/Info center

While driving, the radio and Info Center suddenly turned off. I can still control the A/C, and everything else works perfectly. I tried checking for a blown fuse and couldn't find one. Any ideas whats going on?

this happened to our 2000 RX300 a week before the battery died. It was intermittent, I was concerned about it, but after I replaced the battery everything works fine. I hear the fluctuating low voltage can be the cause.

It happens to me on occasion if I've let my RX sit for a few days. My Optima Red Top is over 5 years old and I know it's going to be time for a new battery one of these days. What will occur is nothing will light up on the screen except the clock and several minutes later after starting it up and driving off, everything will come back on.

Did some searching. Turns out RAD 1 & 2 give power to the radio/info center. One is in the fuse box under the hood and the other is in the fuse block behind the coin holder on the driver side. I missed the blown one the first time, it ended up being the one behind the holder that was blown. You can barely reach it never mind being able to see them clearly enough while in place to tell if they are blown. Replaced it and it seems ok so far. It would have been nice if they gave a description in the manual. RAD 1 and RAD 2 are not very descriptive.

Which specific manual are you referring to?
