If you're going to use it for a change or two, I think ANY good oil will do. Most oils (even dino's) are completely capable of protecting the engine for a couple of changes. (obviously a lot longer than that) I have used Castrol GTX for a lot of years and feel that it's an excellent oil, but most are good currently. Nothing wrong with going back to Valvoline or even the Pennzoil that Hypervish mentioned.
