Hi, I'm new here and so dire in need of help. My turn signal and hazard lights went off. My friend changed the flasher/relay on my 2002 is300 with new one and checked all the bulbs and fuse and works fine. Does anyone think that there's a short circuit somewhere? I live in Glendale, Ca and the dealership cost too much and another guy said it will cost me $280 - $400++ to fix it. Any advise/suggestion will be greatly appreciated.
