Am I The Only One With 20s On A Rx300
I JUST PURCHASED A 99 RX300 AND I IMMEDIATELY PUT 20 INCH CHROME RIMS ON IT. IT LOOKS SO SWEET. THE RIDE QUALITY IS GREAT!!! I NOTICED EVERYBODY SAYS STICK WITH 18S BUT IMO 18S JUST DOES NOT CUT IT ON SUCH A BIG VEHICLE. GO WITH THE 20INCH RIMS. IF YOU GUYS WANT TO SEE A PIC LET ME KNOW.

haha if i had the hook up or the money then i would go for 20's =)
but for now i'm taking it slow... I think rims would be my last mod... dunno tho, either that or my system hehe

20s on a RX
I went with 275/45/20 and it just barely fit. The only problem with your setup (255/55/20) is that it will not clear the rear struts with a 255/55/20. With my setup I have less than half of an inch left to spare from the rear struts. Take a look at my wheels (My RX on 20s).
