Honda, apparently, specifically recommend AGAINST transmission flushes now:

You might want to check with Lexus Corporate (don't mention your experience, just ask if transmission flushes are recommended) and keep their response in your back pocket in case you need it in the future.

Hey SilverTN,
Our transmission has always been a little rougher when cold until the engine warms up. It has delayed shifting and slower shifts. The transmission is designed that way. As for the transmission flush, I have never done one and never will. Always just do a drain and fill on our tranny's. If you would like a second opinion, or another dealer to do the drain and fill, check out Lexus of Chattanooga. My service advisor (Richard Kramer) is outstanding and very knowledgeable. I usually don't take it to the dealer as I have an independant mechanic in the area that I have been using for years, but Lexus of Chattanooga has always been straightforward and truthful. Next time you are coming from GA back to Nashville, or vice-versa, stop by there as you are already going through Chattanooga.
Good luck with Lexus of Nashville and keep us posted!
