Hey guys!
First of all, thank you for those of you gave me an advice about the new rotors. I finally got them installed!!![Smilie](https://www.clublexus.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
anyways, today i was cleaning the headlight case and realized that it says "D2R" on it. does that means that I have HID bulbs??? if so, I would like to get really bright ones (probably 6000k or 8000k). are those compatible with 2001 rx300? please leave any comments or advice on which bulb i should get. Thank you!
p.s is "halogen D2R" same as "xenon D2R"??

okay, so i'm not sure if you do have the xenon lights or not but 6000k or 8000k does not make it brighter, it only changes the color from whiter to bluer. they say that for the best visibility on the road around 4500-5000k is optimal because it is the closest degree to actual sunlight. if you want brighter u have to up the wattage, say form the stock 35w to a 55w hid kit.

Thank you for your comment!!
i think i understand a little more about HID now.
i will probably just stick with regular bulb instead of changing it to 6000k or 8000k.
