Whats the sedan equiv of our RX300's?
If you were to trade your rx for a sedan, same age range, same quality, features, price range
what would it be and why?
I would think it would be like a 2004 acura TL or TSX or 2003-4 BMW 3 series or lexus LS430 04 model

The answer is pretty complicated as there are so many things that are different when you try to compare a SUV vs car. For me the following 2 have no substitute.
1. Sitting position (seats and how occupants legs are when seated).
2. Trunk/hatch/utility/hauling capability.
Hatch back or station wagon style may be a compromise. In luxury category Benz & BMW produce them. Not popular but never the less they exist. Subaru comes to mind as well.
If you are willing to do away with the above constraints then you can pick any sedan.

The Audi allroad quattro is a sweet ride. In 2005 the Gen 2 was announced and is called Audi A6 allroad quattro. That name carries to current.
I plan on driving our RX into the ground, when the times comes, I'd love to have an allroad. RX-300 type room with out the sluggish performance.

Willing to give up space, hauling and off road anything, don't even need AWD
I pretty much wish I could get an accord or camry sized car with the luxury of my RX

sporty feel
great a/c and heating
outstanding audio system
great reliability
lower to the ground

that kills everything from ford, gm, chrysler chevy and the like..
I bought my rx for 8500 a year ago and can sell it for 8,000 now so the max price im looking for is around 10,000 and looking to see if I can get RX quality in a sedan for that price.

Sedan equivalent to an RX300? The RX300 is a SUV, not a sedan, so how can you compare? The question is super loaded... 
I mean this is like asking what is the motorcycle equivalent, or airplane equivalent, or speed boat equivalent...
You need to go to a sedan for size and efficiency, so that's that. Look for the best sedan to meet your requirements, but there is no sedan that is "like" the RX300. First of all, any sedan that would handle like the RX300 would be a disaster in terms of handling... I mean a sedan should handle better than a RX300. Secondly, what sedan is going to have more room inside than the RX?
IMHO, best sedan right now for the money... probably a Ford Fusion.

me being 19 i'm saving up for an STI, hopefully will get one with in the year but i sure will miss my rx. but if i had to go luxury AWD, i'd go with any audi hands down i think they're the best "affordable" luxury cars.
honestly the question will have a different answer because all of us will have a different opinion on what a good luxury or even equivalently loaded car would be. just get what you feel suits you best.

well like I said..if Im giving up space..handling..seat height..AWD..any SUV like feature and just want my luxuries I get with my lexus then whats that equiv...
a fusion doesnt give me the features like great sound system, hids standard, premium leather, all auto down windows, extra quiet interior..dual climate auto ..true woodgrain and such...
its why the camry and accord and fusion and such just..dont work...
they may be nice econo cars..but not luxury by far
I can list hundreds of nice enono cars like a mazda 3 or accord or camry or imprezza or lancer or malibu..none offer the features my rx has minus the SUV design
