I just got done with the rinse phase of auto-rx on my 99 RX 300 with 141k miles. There is definately an improvement in mpg. I am getting about 17 mpg on city now and it used to be abt 15mpg about 6 months back. I have noticed increased power as well. It used to feel a little sluggish before. Also used to burn oil on high way speeds which seems to have decreased. I used to add about a quart of oil every 2000 miles. So far I have put 650 miles since the last oil change and haven't added any oil.

Which application did you use?

I used basic application. Drove about 2500 miles with conventional motor oil for clean phase and did an oil change. Then drove 2500 miles for rinse phase and did an oil change again. I change my oil every 2.5k miles because I do a lot of short trips.

What kind of oil did you use with the Auto-RX?

I used Castrol GTX 5W-30 conventional. I am still using the same oil.
