One Bosch, one denso. I replaced the one on the front of the block myself with the Bosch. I had to have a mechanic do the other one, as it was froze on there pretty good - and he used the Denso. He explained to me that it may occasionally complain b/c the voltages aren't quite the same between the two, but that it should function normally. To this point, it has been fine as far as gas mileage and CEL not coming on.
What's happening now seems to be classic symptoms for IACV - when it warms up, it almost wants to stall at idle - dropping to <500 RPM.

With emission control, the whole setup is pretty finiky. I am not saying that change the sensor to denso, but do keep in mind that temperature, spark (timing), air, fuel, vacuum all play together. The ecu keeps adjusting till it cant.
I would strongly suggest to check vacuum and then have a real-time scanner check what is going on. Along with the scanner, you will need an expert to digest the information and then come up with what is going on.
If you go to the dealer, they may start by swapping out the bosch sensor.

Mechanic found a vacuum line that was disconnected on the back of the engine. He said IACV was responsive, so no worries there (for the time being). Hope that does it for real!
