Center wheel caps rx300

I am new to this forum. I recently purchased a 2003 rx300. The center caps on the wheels are loosing the chrome off of the plastic inserts. Can this problem be fixed or do i have to buy new ones?

you can spray paint it and if you don't like the look, then you can buy a new one.

My tire changer wrecked one (denied it), but I got new ones from one of our sponsors pretty cheap!
