take it from someone who lives in arizona and has purchased two lexus-es (lexi?!?) in california...go to longo in el monte. ask for dennis and tell him his friend in arizona sent you. the lexus market in phoenix isn't very competitive, so i called lexus and asked them for their largest dealer west of the mississippi. after a bit of prodding, they fessed up to longo. i called dennis, gave him a price and had a deal. most painless car buying experience ever. offer a fair price (check out msn carpoint), save the nickel and diming for another dealer and be ready to buy.
