Default AC only blows cold air

No matter what setting I use the AC on my RX300 2002 it will only blow really cold air or really hot air. It's really hot on the hottest setting and every setting in between the cold setting and hot setting blows really cold air. Don't know what to do. Help!

There should be a "blend door" that mixes the hot and cold to arrive at whatever you want that is not either full hot or full cold. Would probably be called an "air mix servo" that controls that door. You should be able to take the glove box and the closure panel ahead and below it out and then move the mix control and see if the servo motor is operating or not. Sounds like it's gone south but need to do more diagnosis to determine if it is because the servo retails for over $200. There are 3 servo motors under there and you should be able to see all of them pretty easy with the GB out. Good Luck!
