brake pedal chatter
my 99 rx300 brake pedal chatter when braking,has new rotors feels like possible pump problem but no abs light is on has anyone encountered this problem before please help

I would guess the ABS is kicking in due to a dirty/broken sensor or broken ruluctor ring.

Disconnect the plug for the ABS and see if it goes away.
