Although I have seen a few commercial vehicles and city busses running LPG/LNG, I believe they are "factory" built that way. I don't know the actual cost, but to retrofit an existing gasoline/internal combustion engine to LPG, LNG or electric would be too cost prohibitive until gasoline probably reaches the $5 or $6 + per gallon mark on a consistent basis. Then you have to worry about where and how to refill your LPG/LNG tank easily. With electric, at least you can plug it into your house.

Have you manually calculated the mileage? What's the tire pressure? Have you run a fuel injector cleaner recently? What octane fuel do you use? Air Filter? There are lot's of variables, look at the other thread that was mentioned on here, I believe it's a sticky.

There was a company that sold a piggy back system similar to the Roush system for the f150. I can find it any more. It was a very nice system.

is everything stock, what year, is it AWD, how are you driving, are you flooring it everywhere? i have an 99 AWD with 20" rims and the screen says around 17mpg. i think theres something wrong with your car, even though your check engine light isnt on. 14.4 is kinda low.
