I don't have any "ice" holding up my tires but want to know how you like the basslink. I thought about getting one, but was told they work best for vehicles with small trunks. I orginally planned on getting a 12" sub, but may get a 10" instead b/c I'm not looking for bass that everyone can hear - but I still want it to be lound and deep at times.

the bass link is perfect for the rx300. if you get it, make sure you get the remote control for it so you can adjust the bass with each song up by the driver, instead of haven to go to the trunk to adjust it. the key to the baslink is, you need you have that truck cover, so it kinda has a closed trunk effect, and you need to splice it into the existing sub woofer under the front passenger seat. even though it has its own crossover, the benefit of that is that, you can adjust the bass from the navigation screen (well if you have it or the regular set up if you have that) it took me about an 1hr and 1/2 to install since im pretty thrifty with this kinda stuff ... i took the remote shut off and wired it to the ignition fuse so it automatically turns off when i turn the car off. you'll like it i think ... now the bass part of it ... if you want like major boom ... boom that you can hear from down the stree, than you'll need two basslinks, or just a box instead ... this is the best bass you can get inside the car...if you want to entertain people 1/2 a mile away with your system, this isn't the way to go. hope that helps!

Habibnazir, the Infinity Basslink is nice. I've had it installed in my 99 RX for about 2 months. It really is perfect for our RX's. It doens't take up too much room, but provides plenty of bass with the stock Lexus stereo... very nice. And the RX insulates so well that you don't go thumpin down the street and annoying your neighbors... not to mention alerting thieves to your goods.

I bought my Basslink sub from a reputable guy on eBay and had it installed at my local Circuit City. I got a deal because they just finished rebuilding my wife's sound system in her Acura..

I like that idea you mentioned about wiring the remote (I have it installed and mounted in my glovebox) to the ignition fuse. I'm going to ask them if they can do that to mine. When the basslink is turned up too high, and I have the stereo shut off, or when I turn the vehicle off, I get mean feedback.... I've found a nice point on the remote that doesn't give feedback and still sounds nice. But I'd like to get rid of that problem...

Thanks!
Hando

StrmRdr23, you need to give us a little more. Like the preview where is the rest of the show? All four with a shot from the side will do nicely.

Disregard, I visited the photo gallery. The L-Sportline M-IV rims look really nice, and set your RX off. I have had my eyes on the same rims in a non-chrome finish.

Is it that they are only producing 20's with the chrome finish. I wonder if the 18's are available. Who hooked you up DAZZ? ShineStreet Will says he has stock too, so I shoot him an e-mail to see what his inventory is like.

Did you get away without spacers? I know those Michelins had to cost almost as much as the rims - "those ain't Cross Terrains"
Ya done good my friend - the RX is hot.. Represent!

Hey StrmRdr23 - sweet rims!
Where'd you get the driving lights - who makes 'em?
Are those installed from the top hanging down, or mounted on the skid plate facing up?
