Back again from workshop, this time is going to diagnose my setting with Toyota/Lexus OBDII(Denso), that normally use in SC.

the code also the same as we diagnose with normal OBDII, P1346 VVT Sensor/Camshaft Position Sensor Circuit Range Performance Problem (Bank 1).

So that mechanic help me reset all the setting, now everything alright, wait untill tomorrow, see CEL will active again or not.

I sent to others mechanics that is more experience, then problem solved since he open up the cover to check and at the same time change valve cover gaskets.
not related to Sensor. Its jumping teeth, only one teeth of the rear cam.
What Lexmex and Salim said is correct, sensor always the last problem, dun blindly change the sensor.

I already wasted $$ on 2 sensors, one is Camshaft sensor and the other one is VVT sensor, but my VVT sensor still in packaging, never open yet, but cant return to the dealer since he said is electrical parts. So i juz keep it, put at home as antique, bloody hell..

Important is the problem solve, now car run smooth and the RPM is more stable than previous.

^^^Thanks, cus I will be doing the timing belt change, since its time for it to be replaced.

Yup, I had 3 codes pop up on myIS. 2 were o2 sensors and the other was P1346. Thought it wouldve gone away, after changing the o2 sensors, guess not. But now Im just stuck with 1 code
I was gonna change the OCV solenoid to see if that would have fixed it. I dont need to do that now, since you solved the issue of P1346

Thanks again
