On the RX300 the Bank 1 Sensor 2 sensor connector is located inside the cabin beneath the drivers seat and beneath the carpet. The sensor is located after the cat.
Lexmex has a couple of write-up's for replacing the sensor.
You can gain access to the connector by removing the drivers seat and the carpet or as Lexmex has done, remove the bolts securing the seat and lay it back. Then locate the connector by feel and cut the carpet for access. The cut will be under the seat so it will not be visible.
Amazon.com has the sensor, P/N 234-4215 for $60.40. This is a Denso, OEM manufacturer, sensor that fits the RX300 for years 1999 thru 2003.
Have you checked for an exhaust leak near the cat, a bad gas cap or loose gas cap? Either of these problems can cause codes to pop up.
