They are cam bolts that rotate to position the strut in or out a little:

I don't know if these Eibachs fit the standard strut but, if not, there are bolts that do.

Thanks for the clarification. There are easier ways to deal with it, and at no cost.

Default All fixed up!

OK,
I replaced the ball joint= slight improvement.
Went with used ebay knuckle and lower arm.

The knuckle was in fact the bent part.

I put the arm in just for good measure.

New ball joint $35.
Used Knuckle $ 90.
Used Arm $75.
Local install (not dealer) $300.

Driving the car without veering to the right, priceless.
