Has anyone had any experience with the Dragon Intake system made by Weapon-R?

Since K&N does not make such a system for straightening air flow, I notice the Dragon system does this. However, the system has CARB approval pending. Has anyone experience with any type of intake on any other car, emissions inspection problems.

Weapon-R notes that it works only for 2000 and above models of the RX300, but does anyone know if there is any slight difference that would prevent it from being used on a 1999?

Any help would greatly be appreciated.
