Replace seat belts

Can someone tell me how to replace my seats on my Lexus RX 300.

Seats or seat belts? Seats are clumsy, but I've taken them in and out before. 4 main bolts and an electrical connector, as I recall. I'll bet seat belts are more of a challenge!
