P0305... not a normal coil pack...

I was heading home from the bank today and stopped at a stop sign about 3 miles from my house and got a heavy shaking. Figured something was up. Well go closer to the house and hit another stop sign, took off and it was rough and then the CEL started flashing. So i figured a misfire from reading on here. Got home and read the code with my code reader and got the P0305. So i figured it was a coil pack from reading all about them on here. So I managed to move my hand around the intake manifold to get the Cyl 5 coil pack swapped out with Cyl 6 coil pack to see if the code follows and it stayed with Cylinder 5. So I don't think that a spark plug would just all of the sudden go at a stop sign for no reason. I searched and couldn't find info related to my issue. I am fairly mechanically inclined so any info is appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Why not the spark-plug? Take it out and see. You can have the coil-pack on it and if you lay it on the engine block, you can see the spark in the garage.
It could be upstream of the coil-pack too.

Took the plug out of 5 (problem cylinder) and 6 to compare and both come out looking fine. Tested the resistance and both tested the same. Anything else?
EDIT: I put the plug that was acting up in cylinder 5 into cylinder 6 and now its throwing a code on cylinder 6 with freeze frame data, so I am going to buy plugs tomorrow and see how it goes...

stick with OEM. They should have lasted 110k miles.
Replace all six.

X2, get OEM plugs. Autozone sells the oem denso plugs, if you don't want to go to Toyota, or Lexus. Should be cheaper at Autozone too.
If they don't have denso plugs in stock, get the NGK plugs they are OEM quality.
