Default Denso a/f sensor on header in front of rad

Hey all,
Ok, got an 1155 code and it is supposedly the a/f sensor (sometimes called o2 sensor) on the header up front next to the radiator...nice and easy to access.

I ran a continuity test on the two black wires coming out of the sensor and there is NO continuity.

so, I went to amazon to find the replacement...

http://www.amazon.com/Denso-234-9009...pr_product_top

this is what I found, and I know it fits my 2002 rx, but what I dont know is if it is the one at the front.
I know there are a couple or few of these damn things on the car...one is near the firewall and harder to get too.

I'm thinking this sensor is the same for both locations on the car. Am I right?

Is this the one I need to buy?

You better get a new one, and hold on to it for when the other side goes bad.

Not necessarily. It had been several years since I replaced one on my 99 and the other was doing well when she got totalled. Also, it has been 6 years since I replaced one on my 99 Avalon (CA emissions spec which uses identical A/F sensors and has identical engine except no VVTi) and the other A/F has been fine.
