Default Going to buy a 2001 RX but saw this on the service history

I am Going to buy a 2001 RX but saw this on the service history.
Keep in mind the car only has 64k miles on it
Under my lexus.com the service history says'

62917 0074080 DISTRIBUTOR/HDLIGHT/T. SGNL

Does this mean the distributor headlight and turn signal was replaced?

Autocheck says no accidents however this service report is from May 12th 2011 only a few weeks ago.

Question 1. Does anyone know how long it takes to report an accident to a reporting agency like carfax or autocheck?

Question 2. Has anyone had any problems with the distributor at 65k? Keep in mind the car is now 10 years old.

thanks for any feedback at all

# 1 Not sure, but you can't trust autocheck 100% anyway.

#2 Their is no distributor on these cars. If everything works properly I would not worry about it at all.

I recall that shortly after I bought my 1999 RX there was a recall having something to do with the wiring harness in the vicinity of the headlights and turn signals. Perhaps that is what you're seeing.

I was finally able to talk to someone who was able to pull up the service records.
The last owner had the bulb in the headlight replaced and she said had new clue why distributor was on the work order.
