Child seats that fit well in RX300

I am upgrading my Infant seat to a 3 in 1 seat and was wondering what other are using in their RX.
The leather causes the infant seat to slide back and forth.

Not a 3 in 1 but I love this one.

Well you just motivated me to hit the button on this one tonight. Found a good sale and my daughter is growing so fast she will need the room soon.

We use the Chicco keyfit 30....once you snug the seatbelt tight, it hardly moves.

Where did you get the pad?....or what brand is it, that looks like a good call!

Got it from ToysRus, not sure what the brand was. I think it was around 15$-$20.

I just have a $50 graco or evenflo whatever cheap one from walmart in both my lexus's. Throw a towel under it and use the anchor strap system and it wont slide at all.
