Taillight Bulb Replacement

My 2001 RX's right taillight (one on the body, not on the trunk lid) has gone out. Can someone tell me how to replace it. What type of bulb do I need? What tools do I need? How long will it take? Thank you.

Tail light Part number = 7443
Stop light Part number = 7443

I replaced with an after market bulb but the dash indicator light won't go out.
Anyone recommend a replacement that has the right voltage or equivalent

One thing I've learned...don't replace the Lexus bulbs with aftermarket bulbs. The connections are way hotter. I have this problem currently and am buying oem bulbs.
