Default couple questions: Hazards

Hello all, I have been following along CL for a long time, never posted, just been looking at DIY's, I have a 2000 rx300, I bought with 70,000 miles on it, I am now at 208,059 miles =] . I only had my very first problem a month ago, where the temperature sensor for the coolant systems went and caused the car to over head, a 40$ fix.. other than that nothing major. However I bought the car and the previous owners warned me that the hazards didn't work, I am finally deciding to try to take this on... the fuse for hazards is brand new.. and the blinkers work.. someone told me it may be the physical switch, I found the parts, but I am wondering how hard it is to remove it?

also anyone play around with push bumpers? I saw a rx350 with one and it looks sharp, suggestions?
