Default Code P0446/0440 - Did I do it??

Being the DIY'er that I like to think I am, I decided to purchase engine and cabin air filters online and replace them myself, after the corner oil changer wanted to charge me almost $100 for the two items and installation. I've found this forum to be very instructive, and it was so again.

Now, this morning, I'm getting these two codes. After much reading, I *think* I may have inadvertently loosened a hose on the air box when I replaced the engine air filter last weekend. What is the best way to check this, and where do I check? Something about a 10" metal tube?

Does this sound like something I should run to Toyota with? Is the car ok to drive? I have a 500 mile road trip coming up. It's just odd timing - could be coincidence, I'm thinking the two are related.

thanks!
