Default Good deal on this Coach Edition?

My girlfriend wants to get rid of her 02 Accord. She has driven the RX quite a bit and she loves it. I found this on Autotrader and wanted to know what you guys thought... http://www.autotrader.com/fyc/vdp.js...standard=false
Let me know what you think about it. I know basics about the tranny's and sludge, but it looks straight. I just don't know about the price. Any input is appreciated! Thanks!

Price is tad bit high. Try for 10-11k, or keep looking. There's only one picture of the interior, so it's hard to judge. The tires don't look new from the pictures either. It doesn't look to be fully loaded because there's no spoiler. < Only reason I mention the small things is because the price is on the high side so you should be getting a fully loaded RX (with navigation) for the price. But, since it's a Coach they are hard to come by and when you do they usually have a mark up on the price for that reason.

Look on craigslist too, I've seen a few good deals in my area. (yep, I look on craigslist at random to see how much RX300's sell for < LOL, what can i say, I love my Lexus).

I thought the Coach Edition only came in the white and dark grey (which I have) paint finishes. Guess not.

Usually means the leather's in crappy condition (especially the driver's seat).

One of the tricks I do with my friends who want to go used car shopping is to bring a sheet with printouts of used cars in the area with all the important items. I will casually talk to my friend after we look at the vehicles and the owner (or dealer) can over hear us talk about other vehicles and the pricing of those. I've found this can sometimes do the trick to bring down price a bit. Granted, not too many Coach editions out there.

Another Tip: Try to point out the things wrong with the car, out loud. Don't talk about what you like about the car out loud.

It says " 5 Speed Automatic transmission ", I thought all RX300's were 4 Speed .. must be a typo ?

All RX300's are 4 speed, correct!
So, it's probably a typo. They probably use one generic description for all cars though.

It may not be a true coach RX300...make sure the seats have perforated leather, and both the front headrests will be embossed with "COACH" on both sides.
