How Do You Treat Your RX?
I saw a thread like this in the SC section I think, and so i figured i'd start one for the RX.
I treat my RX really well, at least in my opinion. A wash every week (touch less car wash during the winter, during the summer a good old hand wash). I vacuum after every road trip (which ends up to be every month), not nearly as frequently as I wash it. I treat the leather and dashboard every time I vacuum, which is excessive.
I let my friends eat the car, but make sure they clean there mess afterwards. I also make them clean out the sand from their sandals after going to the beach. The entire car is usually filled with sand, from their beach towels and what not.
When it comes to how I drive it, i don't give it any mercy. It gets treated like all of my other cars. Redline all day, all night! I let it warm up before I get on it though.
For maintenance, I do much more than I do to any of my other cars. Too many things to list, but I pay much more attention to the little things on the RX.
I sometimes find myself staring at my RX300, over my brothers RX450h. I don't know why but the RX300 hits a soft spot. It's just the perfect crossover!
