Default Is driving in Power ECT mode all the time bad?

I drive in Power ECT mode all the time. I feel better acceleration, shifts at higher rpm's, etc.

But my question is ... is it bad for the car? Just curious, thanks.

Nope. I use it all the time. I use it in city driving, and freeway speeds (45-55).

I don't use it at highway speeds (65+), because it doesn't make much of a difference, it downshifts when it needs to and I'm usually going about 80-85mph which feels like the sweet spot for this car since it's in the power band at that speed due to the rpms being high.

Not for the RX, certainly bad for your pocket book.
