Have replaced all O sensors (3) 2 cats and still having problem with car. Shift find from 1 to 2 gear however, as soon as I start going up an incline the car does not shift fast enough and then when it does, it starts to speed up and then slams into gear.

Did you replace them expecting an improvement in shifting?

Might be a function of the tranny fluid being at an angle...same goes with the oil. I'd check their levels. In Mexico, I hit some pretty steep inclines (there was one near my apartment building that I swear was one of the steepest inclines) I have ever seen in an urban environment and I remember going up that hill (early 2002) and I had some issues going up that damned thing. Living down there, I tended to overfill a bit on the tranny fluid and oil as a result (something I don't have to worry about now), but I knew others who did have the issue.
