why is my radio quality bad?
I can listen to music on a station I listen to (DC 101.1) clearly on my other car but on the RX 300, the quality is poor and static-y... what could contribute to this problem?

Antenna is still there although it looks a bit rusty haha. CD quality is good, but not as good sound quality as my tape player connected to my android phone to play music

Using the DIY section as a guide, check to see that the antenna cable is solidly plugged into the antenna -- and into the radio (an easy removal) for that matter. I hope that's it!

Did some troubleshooting today. I noticed the antenna doesn't go up all the way! Only 40%/50% of the antenna goes up. Any fix for this or I'll just have to replace the whole antenna?
