Default Low RPM at cold start

When I start my rx300, my car goes into 650 rpm. Now my truck is shutting off, I have to rev it up so it can stay on. I only added throttle cleaner, Maf cleaner, and fuel injector cleaner.

Does anyone have an idea how to fix this issue?

X2, on the iac valve. Clean it thoroughly, and you should be golden!

i agree with the cleaning, we see it quite a bit up here in Canada esp on worn engines that have quite a bit of blow bye...

Oh man so this weekend I cleaned the throttle, like the like said. Its so detail. Again Thank you so much.

I also replaced the spark plugs, but now I'm having trouble changing the 3 in the back.

I was thinking of replacing the stock air filter. I feel like I'm missing a bit of power.

I also have the obd2 adaptor connected to my smart phone.
