GReddy & APEXi piggyback ECU A/F
Alright, at the risk of starting WAY too many threads today, I've gotta ask:
Why hasn't anybody put an air/fuel management ECU on the RX yet?
Plenty of people here have put on the WR intake and exhaust - seems to me the next logical step would be a piggyback ECU to max the gains by balancing out the new air/fuel mixture...
The WR preprogrammed ECU is also available now (I think), but seems a bit pricey at $750 compared to the GReddy and APEXi units coming in at more like $300-$400... and those are user programmable which is a nice flexibility to have besides.
Am I missing something here, or has this bridge just not been crossed yet? (I did a search and didn't come with squat on this topic)

sounds like they're universal fit... but have additional functionality for VTEC engines. Nice thing about those two is that they're reprogrammable so you can re-map everytime you do an engine performance mod, whereas WR ECU is hardwired and might not account for future mods... Sounds like the WR ECU might be a good final resting place for engine performance modz to cease... only problem: will I ever be satisfied till I'm TURBOFIED??? J/K...
