Default Aftermarket ABS Speed Sensors

After reaching about 160,000 miles, I am having issues with the speed sensors. The one on the left rear was replaced along with the driveshaft (to replace a cracked sensor ring that was integrated with the shaft). That was an expensive repair as the sensor itself was obtained from Lexus and cost over $400.
Now the right rear needs to be replaced and I am seeing sensors online for as little as $150. Has anyone had experience using these aftermarket sensors?? I don't want to buy one and have it not work.

2002 RX300 AWD 188,500 miles.

Go here: create a login with Club Lexus on their site, you will get a discount...
http://lexus.sewellparts.com/oem-cat...X300-2001.html
with our discount it will be either $163 or $203 depending on AWD or FWD

Thanks for the reply. The link you provided takes me to a parts list for a 2001 RX. Mine is a 2002. Do we know if the parts are the same? Also, is the price listed before the discount is applied??
Thanks for your help!!

Once you are recognized (registered and logged in) you will see the discount price.

You can call them or email them too. [email contact can be slow .. based on their volume of work .. but phone gets you quicker access]

When it comes to sensor (transponders), I tend to stay with OEM.

you CAN go to that site and punch in your vehicle, i would think those years have same sensor. the important thing is the AWD or FWD....apparently the sensor wiring must be a different length for the two.
