Bought my RX300 2000 few months ago and yes it was missing found one at salvage for free

Man mine was there when I sold my RX300 after 12 years of ownership...If it is loose I would suggest a few drops of silicone (clear) to hold it in place...

Mine was on the floor and I couldn't take time to figure out what it was. Now, thanks to you, I know. When I find a part that doesn't fit tight, I often use a bit of silicon glue. It's soft enough after drying that you can still get the part off if necessary.

Mine was missing too. Found tan one at junk yard and painted it black. Found it on the floor the other day. Haha guess its time for some glue
