Hey Obi, which bulb are you using for your (DRL) highs right now and where did you purchase/how much/brand and everything lol

i'm staring at my bulbs in my DRL and thinking... man i want it like Obi's

As I said I ordered them from JCWhitney and THIS is what I used for the high/DRL. They have a blue coating and the light matches my stock HIDs. I also replaced my fogs with Diamond White these do not have a blue coating but the fogs now have a blue look to them. I was thinking about changing the DRLs to these to see how they looked, but am waiting for one of them to burn out. As you know changing light is no fun on the RX and with my larger tires and wheels now it will be even more fun.

I'm glad you guys posted this here as I've been wondering what to use for my high/DRLs and now the foggies... I tried EuroLights Superbright Yellow Ion 9006 bulbs in my foggies, and they're anything but ION yellow - more like faded dog whizz in snow yellow... dull, and lifeless.
I see you changed to Diamond White for your foggies ObiDon... Did you mean to post the link to the 9005 Diamond Whites? Are you using 9005 bulbs instead of 9006 for increased brightness?

interesting... thanks obi... i want to use those as DRLS, but i'm scared of getting pulled over for blue DRLS... cuz they are in front of the car and they are blue...

stupid me, the other day, i was pulled over for no front license plate!!! stupid cops... why they bother pulling me over for... that cop ask me do i know why he pulled me over... i had no clue so i said my lights? he was no you aint got license plate... bummer i was just 1 car length away from my moms shop and i was picking her up...

9006 Here is a pic of my RX with the lights OFF, as you can see at just the right angle they look very blue, but for the most part it is not that noticeable.

Thanks Obi - that sure does look blue in the picture! I know what you mean about the angle though - when my Razo zero lowbeams are on and you look at just the right angle it looks SUPER blue, but everywhere else it's just white as can be.
