Recently purchased an RX300 & live on the south end of the Gold Coast,Qld, Australia. Would appreciate any advise from members in this vicinity of a reputable mechanic for regular servicing. Unfortunatly the bloke I had been referred to was recently killed in a motorcycle accident. Also what are the best tyres available in OZ for this vehicle. Currently is running on Bridgestones. A cruise control has been fitted that seems ok but the reversing sensors are a pain, whenever it rains & reverse is selected the sensors pick up the water drops that have accumulated in the front of the sensor a make a real commotion. Any ideas of other accesories that are of use would be appreciated. None of the local auto accessory stores were able to supply Surfboard Racks to fit this model so ended up making fittings myself to adapt a set of Rhino Sports. Thanks in advance, Steve.

What type of tires are available to you there? Michelin's are highly regarded.
