I just noticed that the left rear quarter glass has what looks like 2 heating elements , The right side does not. It is a 2000 model year and I am the second owner. Is this an indication that the window was replaced? (The vehicle has not been in an accident).

I'm fairly certain there are radio and possibly GPS antennae in there.

My 2000, had those lines on both of the rear quarter windows. But, some a**wipe, decided that he was going to throw rock at my rear right quarter window a few years ago, and I had to have the window replaced because it was shattered. The "new" window has no lines on it, so I suspect the window came from a 1999.

That window has the AM Antenna in it.

My RX300 AWD is the same. I also wonder if the element was deleted from the right rear quarter window becaus proximity to the power ant might have created RF interference. Hmmm
