Default DIY diagnostic software

Anyone know of a good software/ diagnostic program for Lexus for a DIY mechanic. I have a VW that uses a program called VAG-COM from Ross-Tech that allows you to see the parameters and make minor adjustments to settings on the vehicle called 'coding' (i.e. change how doors lock , windows roll down from remote, etc.) I am looking for something similar for my Lexur RX300. I see one made by Denso called a Intelligent tester. Is this the only diagnostic system out there. I want something i can plug into OBDII port and into my laptop. Thanks for any links or help. Kevin.

I would check with Lexmex, he has as much experience as anyone on here.

I don't know of anything that would do what your asking for less cash than that tester. Sometimes used Lexus/Toyota diagnostic handheld scanners make their way on to the net, but still not cheap.
