here is how to do it.
1) take off the mud guard
2) take out any additional screws (its been a while but i think there were some other screws)
3) pull out the plastic pins. dont worry they wont break.
just pull them out straight and with even force. mine came out with no problem! i really thought it was gonna break but it didnt.
4) pull back the well and look into the bumper area. toward the top where the bumper meets to the rear of the car there is a screw. unscrew that HALF WAY. do not unscrew it all the way. its really annoying to put back. if you unscrew it half way the rear bumper drops down about 1/2" or so. This allows you to bull the bumper away from the car easier.
5) i had the help of my girlfriend for this. push the well flap toward the inside of the car and pull the bumper away from the car. now you will have enough room to stick your hand back there and unscrew the rear marker. i tried one of the side markers by myself and boy did it scratch up my arm.
6) TEST the markers out before putting everything back. the autobacs markers tend to not have the best connetion.
7) youll need to do some mods on the markers from autobacs before they fit into the hole for the rear markers.
search for a post about side markers a while back (from me i think). it will have info about what you need to do to the side markers to get them to fit.
